1. Station Reservations & Check-In
By placing a booking on the RESPAWN CAFE platform, you agree to reserve the specified gaming station (PS5 Pro VIP Lounge, Standard Station, Sim Racing Cockpit, VR Arena, or Retro Arcade) for the duration selected.
- Check-in Time: Guests are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
- Grace Period: Sessions are held for up to 15 minutes after the booking start time. Failure to check in within this window without prior notice may release the station to walk-in guests.
- Session Extension: Extensions are subject to station availability and can be requested at the front desk.
2. Equipment Care & Liability for Damages
RESPAWN CAFE provides tournament-grade, premium hardware (OLED displays, PS5 Pro consoles, DualSense controllers, Direct Drive racing wheels, and VR headsets). Gamers agree to treat all equipment with care and respect.
- Any intentional damage, rage-induced hardware abuse (e.g. throwing controllers, striking displays), or gross negligence will result in the guest being liable for the full repair or replacement cost.
- Accidental malfunctions must be reported immediately to our tech staff.
3. Fair Play, Conduct & House Rules
To preserve a welcoming and competitive environment for all esports enthusiasts, RESPAWN CAFE strictly enforces the following:
- Zero-Tolerance Toxicity: Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or physical aggression toward guests or staff will result in immediate ejection without refund and a permanent venue ban.
- Cheating & Third-Party Software: Installing unauthorized third-party hacks, scripts, or malicious software on arena PCs/consoles is strictly prohibited.
- Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in gaming booths to protect electrical hardware. Refreshments are available from our kitchen and artisanal cafe.
4. Payments, Verification & Digital Gateways
All online bookings require verification via local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad) or cash on-site confirmation. Guests must provide authentic transaction IDs when paying via digital wallets to guarantee reservation approval.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all bookings are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cumilla / Chittagong Division.
